What kind of projects does DELUTION accept?
We accept all types of Architectural Projects from the smallest to the largest scale. From low-budget residential on solid land, medium-house, luxury house, hotel, cafe, mall, for more details you can see in our Project portfolio. However, especifically for Residential, we only worked on the construction of the vacant land, or dismantle the whole existing buildings, we did not receive a partial renovation.

We have 5 payment stages as follows:
  1. Commitment Fee : 5% or Optional base to your Residential Category, When the Client decides to Hiring DELUTION
  2. Payment Phase 1: 40%-Commitment Fee, When the Client receives / approves the Design Proposal presented by DELUTION
  3. Payment Phase 2: 30%, When the Client receives / approves the Schematic Design Product
  4. Payment Phase 3: 20%, When the Client receives / approves the Design Development I & II Product
  5. Payment Phase 4: 10%, When the Client receives / approves the Detail Engineering Drawing Product

DELUTION is an Architecture & Interior Consulting Services bureau, where the products we produce are only planning product or more familiar with designing services. The service components that we can provide are divided into 2:

I. Architectural / Interior Design Services:

  1. Architectural Planning Services (Residential, Commercial, Public)

  2. Interior Planning Services (Commercial, Public, Office)

II. Subcon Services (Partner-DELUTION):

  1. MEP Planning Services (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

  2. Structure Planning Services

  3. Soil Test Services”

Yes. The Major Revision Provisions are only limited once,while minor is five. At the beginning, the client must choose and decide between major or minor revision to lock the big concept of the design (it is not permitted to request a Major revision if has selected a minor revision).

The products that we produce are as follows:

  1. 3D Exterior and Interior Perspectives
  2. Permission Drawing (Plan, Section, Elevation, etc.) + IPTB Architecture C Category
  3. Project Cost (Owner Estimated for Contruction Cost)
  4. For Construction Drawings (Architecture, Structure *, and MEP *)
  5. Soil Test*

We can’t, because our company qualification is Planning Consultant Services. However, if you need construction services, we have a sister company that is still in the same group which is construction sector called DELUTION Build (PT Konstruksi Revolusi Indonesia).

Yes, for fixed furniture, it is included in the DELUTION Build Service. For Loose Funiture, we have another sister company that focuses on providing the furniture you need, ONEL Indonesia (onel.co.id), but we can also recommend other brands according to client’s need. We will also consult the furniture that suits your needs

The Reference Count is Per m2 Buildings. Typically, for Residential DELUTION devide it into 3 categories, which is low-mid house, medium House, luxury house. For low mid house, it is usually 5.5 million to 6 million per m2 of building. For medium house, it is usually 6 million-8 million. For luxury house, usually above 8 million / m2, some even reach 20 million/ m2 (Very luxurious)

  • Floor: use Granite tile 60×60/ Marble / Ceramic (ex: Niro, Roman, etc.)
  • Sanitary: Toto / American Standard / Grohe
  • Paint: Nippon / Dulux / Mowilex
  • Door Panel: Meranti wood / Kamper / Teak / Merbau / Ulin
  • Window: Aluminum / UPVC / Solid Wood
  • Roof: Onduline / Roman / Asphalt Tile, Lightweight Steel Frame
  • Wall: Red Brick / Light Brick
  • Cement: 3 Roda/ MU / Holcim

    • We make sure the products that we design are products that meet the building standards. Which is not only “Standing” and “Beautiful”, but the functional aspects, earthquake resistance and maintenance are also optimal. In addition, sometimes our unique and iconic designs also require different and unusual Technical Structures. For MEP itself is actually the main network in a building, want to be designed seriously or not necessarily be a choice for Everyone, but we at DELUTION experienced that buildings which are not designed properly will cause many problems when our client lives, so now we obliging all our projects to use MEP Experts who are in accordance with the demands that they deserve

    So far for the residential project we only received total renovation (completely demolish the old building). We are not able to accept only the interior (ex: change the layout, add space, increase the level of the building, change the interior design, etc.); or also can not accept only the exterior. This provision applies to both Planning Services (Design) with DELUTION and Construction Services with DELUTION Build.”

    Of course, we accept projects all over Indonesia and the World, now we have projects in Semarang, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Padang, Medan. We also have received a Mosque Planning Project from India

    Does DELUTION accept certain collaboration schemes?

    We are open to collaborating and sharing benefits. We have collaborated with several Public Figures, Artists & Influencers, but we also do not close cooperation from Brands/Entities who want to promote their products.

    We can offer barter value that can be discussed further. Basically we are open to various cooperation form

    We collaborated with one of the Public Figure in constructing its Villa and Coffee Shop in Bali area with a mutually agreed barter value scheme.

    We will prioritize suppliers whose products are used in our project. We can assist the promotion system in all of our digital assets in accordance with the agreement.

    How can media cover DELUTION's work?

    All depends on the form of coverage submitted. We also provide our project material to media partners on the Press Room  page on our website.

    We need official letter for corporate coverage, if individual doesn’t need letter.

    We are very happy if media partners cover our project so we never collect fees unless there are other conditions of the project client being covered

    How is the best way to apply for work/internship in DELUTION?
    DELUTION opens job opportunitie as needed, please go to the Career page for info on job opportunities that are needed.

    So far we will select all applications that have been submitted, but we will not be sure to respond due to many incoming applications.

    Depending on the conditions and company needs, however DELUTION applies the standard recruitment that must be passed by candidates.

    DELUTION accepts internship students but is limited & according to their needs. Please send your Portfolio & CV to idea@delution.co.id and hrd@delution.co.id. The best tips, make sure your portfolio is attractive.

    The test process depends on the position of your application. The tips are honest and be yourself.

    How is the procedure to invite DELUTION?

    All depends on your event format. We will study it first and discuss it with you until reaching an agreement.

    Of course that supports our main vision “Iconic Space for Everyone in The World”, so on the occasion of events which is in line with our vision, surely we are very interested.

    What are the type of events in DELUTION?

    You can go to the Event page to get info about events that we have and will be holding. So far, we have held DELUTION Tour and DELUTION Talks. DELUTION Tour is an event where we introduce our project to the public to be visited. Whereas DELUTION Discussion is a seminar with a specific topic.

    Each event has a different policy, all the rules will be released together with the announcement of the related event

    Open to the public, but usually we provide special slots ajusted to the background of visitors.

    How to present a product in DELUTION?

    It all depends on product type that you offer. If it is a Finishing Product then you can contact our Curator Detail Design (Yosoa) at 0889672935111. If your product is technical/system then you can contact our Engineering Deputy Manager with Machfud at 08568932224 (WA)

    Of course, it all depends on conditions and situations, basically DELUTION never limits incoming invitations.

    Of course you have to see the most project type which is done by DELUTION. So far, the most products we are working on are Residential and Corporate Offices. So, any material that can roughly be used for this project type will be responded more quickly by us.
