A study states that with an estimated house prices increase in the next five years which reaches 150% will make it difficult for most people to have their own houses, especially in Jakarta. This is caused by an increase in house prices that is not comparable to the increase of people's income which is generally only 60% in the same period. A common solution for the society to have a house is to repay or applying for a mortgage (KPR). But, will this respond the people's dream to have a house that suits the needs and character of the owner. As we all know, the house offered to be purchased with the KPR system are ready-made housing types.

The issue of the difficulty to have a house bring up the general paradigm that having a dream house by hiring an architect in realizing it is not cheap. Whereas a house is one of the primary human needs that cannot be generalized to one another and should be planned well so appropriate with the owner’s character. Emerging as one of the answers to this issue, DELUTION comes to provide a new paradigm that by hiring an architect, people can still realize their desire to have a dream house as well as their financial capacity.
