VOTERRA (Void Above Terrace), is planned to be the center office of the "National Land Authority". Located in South Jakarta, five storey office with an area of 3800 m2 is expected to become a new forum for community activities and services.

The deisgn concept of "Urban Terrace Void" is applied in this building, the design begins by examining the typology of government office buildings in general, coupled with the characteristics of the "National Land Authority" which is close to land affairs, as an office character will be analogized as terraced area at the base of the building, then combined with locality elements from the roof of the pyramid of traditional house characters in Indonesia.

Void opening area and terraces area are designed so that they not only function as a community circulation, but can be used as public area which function as sports, entertainment, or brainstorming activities. With functions and programs like this, BPN Office is designed to contribute new typologies to government buildings.
