The site is located in one of the well-known areas in Jakarta, Pondok Indah. With  crowded, and the magnificent building story is dominated by pavement. Tropical Loft Garden is a concept that was brought to the design that will be built with a 3-fold Garden Implementation, called TRIDEN, Triple Garden. Starting from analyzing the typology and character of housing around Pondok Indah area, the building to be designed is planned to be an anti-thesis of the building style around, which is actually famous of luxury buildings, intimidating, and cold, in contrast, we made a nature house, with material closer to nature, and a warmer ambience color, and is covered with greening to reduce hard image.

Refer to the building structure, the building mass is made gradually, with the upward conditions and the floor area are getting smaller so there is still a space for greening. In its programming the building is divided into 2 zones, the first zone on the 1st floor is a public zone that can functionate as a reception area, and a multifunction area, the second zone on the 2nd floor is a semi-public zone that functionate as a living room and kitchen area.

With  an area of ??447 m2, and a building area of ??532 m2, this house is planned to be built at the end of 2019, and completed in 2020.
