Boutique Office located in Kota Kasablanka is an office that has the function of overseeing the rental office which consists of 13 units of space that can be rented. The target tenants are start-up companies which still have a small number of employees consists of 2-5 people. The concept applied is the combination of Zen Atmosphere with wood called THE ZED (Zen-Wood) which is applied to several interior elements. Such as the use of cubicle wood in the lobby area and discussion space, making this office seems magnificent when visitors enter it. Besides being applied to wooden decorations, cubicle was also applied to the glass sandblast patterns in each room so this cubicle pattern became the main element of design in this office.
In the front area there is a discussion area combined with the pantry area. Where in this area the cubicle wood is connecting from the wall to the ceiling and making the cubicle concept seems to be an umbrella for users of this area. In the front area, there is a hidden meeting room behind the decorative wooden cubicle. Which the door is also made together with the decorative element, make it seems like a hidden door. Besides applying wood-cubicle element, architect also use thin wood element as locker frame for space tenant. Beside the receptionist area there is also fake tree as a refreshing element in this room.
