LASHIUM is a lifestyle center that carries the principle of an outdoor mall that uses the Slash-Trapezoid as the main mass concept. Located in Cinere, Depok.  Thinking out of the Lifestyle center paradigm which is generally in  typical form and contrast from surroundings, Cinere Avenue is designed to try respond the surrounding environment, situated on one side of the land boundary which is a densely populated settlement, and the back side that coincides directly with steep contoured cliffs containing trees. The building is formed with the asymmetrical mass building and contrasting but still in harmony with its environment, the building mass is divided into several blocks and spread out to resemble a lump of rock  in the middle of trees, like a stone fragment.

In line with its main principle which is outdoor malls, this building is designed with attention to the issue of energy usage, this is shown in most of the floor area using air ventilation and natural light, to refine the gesture of the building, green area is placed on each floor as a supplier of clean air and also serves to shade from the sun, it is expected that this building will not only act as a lifestyle center, but also can be an oasis for the surrounding environment.

Cinere Avenue was built on a land area of 7,120 m2, and a building area of 12,493 m2 consisting of 3 floors and 1 semi-basement, targeted for construction start in 2019, and could become one of the Lifestyle Centers with a new color in its environment.
